Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving their order. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Items should be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached where applicable. Customers may inspect an item as they would in a shop, but a reduction in value may apply if the item has been used beyond that.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may wait to issue the refund until the returned item is received or proof of return is provided.

Any statutory consumer rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
